Ultimate Client Systems
1. Our Right to Terminate Your Enrollment
We’re here to help you grow, but we’re equally committed to protecting the experience of every client. Ultimate Client Systems (“Company”) reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any service, training, subscription, or digital/automated program—without refund—if:
- You become disruptive or difficult to work with
- You breach our policies, terms, or guidelines
- Your behavior negatively affects our ability to serve others
2. Content Policy
All content provided—including strategy guides, campaign blueprints, chatbot scripts, ad rewrites, automation workflows, and any coaching—is for your individual use only.
You agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, record, or resell our materials without written permission
- Use training content outside of your business or for resale to others
- Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
Violating these terms will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
By enrolling, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all other participants and the proprietary information of Ultimate Client Systems.
You agree to:
- Not share or disclose proprietary business strategies, tools, or client systems
- Treat all program content and client data as confidential
- Not repurpose, teach, or rebrand our content as your own
We reserve the right to pursue injunctive relief if any of these terms are breached.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Client Systems provides strategic consulting and marketing systems for educational and operational purposes only.
We do not:
- Guarantee sales, leads, or specific financial outcomes
- Offer legal, tax, or financial advice
- Accept liability for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services
Use of our strategies and tools is at your own risk. You agree to do your own due diligence and consult with professionals where appropriate.
5. License
You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the services, systems, and materials provided to you by Ultimate Client Systems for your own business.
You may not:
- Rebrand or resell any of our intellectual property
- Represent yourself as a licensed affiliate or partner without written consent
We reserve all rights to revoke this license at any time if terms are violated.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Costa Rica under local applicable law.
You agree to:
- Resolve any dispute on an individual basis
- Waive participation in any class action or group litigation
- Comply with the arbitrator’s ruling as final and binding
7. Refunds for Digital Services
All sales are final. This includes services such as:
- Competitive Analysis
- Ad Rewriting
- A.I. Chatbot Setup
- Customer Acquisition Systems
- Automation & Retargeting Workflows
- Organic Brand Awareness Campaigns
Because these services involve digital delivery, setup, and customization, no refunds are issued once the service has been initiated.
8. Refunds for Hard Goods
If we offer any physical product (books, planners, printed kits), refunds are possible under these conditions:
- Written request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Item must be returned in like-new condition
- Buyer pays return shipping and handling
- Refund is not guaranteed unless terms above are met
9. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
If you subscribe to a monthly or recurring service (such as Review Generation, A.I Chatbot, or Reactivation Campaigns), you agree to:
- Automatic monthly billing unless canceled 24 hours in advance
- Notify us via email at [email protected] to cancel
- Understand no partial refunds or proration is provided
- Accept future price adjustments with advance notice
Subscription services will renew monthly unless explicitly canceled.
By enrolling in any service offered by Ultimate Client Systems, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Enrollment.
